Gibson ES335 (1969)

.

.. when I saw this guitar sitting at George Creech's home I thought: how can anybody mess up that much such a nice instrument ...

George found it in Albany where the previous owner changed the pickups, drilled holes, inserted slide switches ! Even the laquer on the back showed bad attempt of removal. Thank God he did finish this job. George gave it to me for 300 dollars.

After some time and refinish jobs it got back to live with PAFs no slide switches. A dream of a guitar when it comes to playing and it shows the wrinkles and dents of a guitar that has been on the road for 47 years.

The neck feels fantastic and plays like butter ... I love this guitar ...
